Matthew Rundio Speaking at Illinois Trial Lawyers Update & Review Seminar
Founding partner of the Chicago area personal injury law firm Krzak Rundio Gorman, Injury Attorneys, Matthew Rundio, will be speaking at an Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) event in a few weeks on Oct. 10, 2022. His presentation will center around the adjudication of liens, a common issue personal injury lawyers help their clients with at the conclusion of their cases.
Mr. Rundio’s upcoming presentation is one of many that form part of the ITLA Update & Review Seminar series, which will take place at the Westin Chicago River North and last from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. that day. The Supreme Court of Illinois Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Board is allowing attorney attendees to receive four general credits for attending this and other presentations occurring that day.
In addition to the topic of adjudicating liens that Mr. Rundio will be presenting on, some presentations scheduled center around:
- Medical malpractice case causation conundrums
- Proximate cause
- Sanctions associated with bad faith insurance practices
- Sex abuse litigation
- Discovery and audit trails
- Pre-judgment interest and Amicus updates
It’s an honor for Mr. Rundio to have been selected to present at this upcoming ITLA event, which is open to more than 2,000 attorney members, law students, and legal professionals statewide that have made it their life’s work to advocate for the rights of injured Illinois consumers and workers.
