Michael Krzak and Matthew Rundio Recognized by Super Lawyers for 2021
Since 2014, Krzak Rundio Gorman, Injury Attorneys’s own Michael Krzak and Matthew Rundio have been selected as Top Lawyers each year by Super Lawyers, including 2021. Only the lawyers in the top 5 percent of total lawyers in the state are selected to the Super Lawyers list each year.
Being named a Top Lawyer one year does not guarantee a spot the next year, which makes Krzak and Rundio’s feats of accomplishing this title for eight consecutive years even more impressive and noteworthy. Krzak has been recognized for his work in aviation and aerospace law, where Rundio has been recognized for his work in personal injury.
According to Super Lawyers, Top Lawyers from each state are picked by an extensive process. The first step is to be nominated by their peers and their third-party feedback—they can’t nominate themselves for this title. Next, Super Lawyers does independent research based on twelve factors of professional achievement and peer recognition. Some of those factors are education, verdicts, and awards.
In the third part of the process, lawyers with the highest scores from steps one and two become members of the Blue Ribbon Panel. This panel of peers evaluate members of their own practice areas and determine who are stand outs. From there, 5 percent of lawyers are selected to Super Lawyers, and 2.5 percent are selected to Rising Stars.
