Michael Krzak Selected for Inclusion in the 28th Edition of the Best Lawyers in America
Krzak Rundio Gorman, Injury Attorneys’s own Michael Krzak has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America in Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs in 2022 by Best Lawyers. Being selected for the 28th Edition of Best Lawyers shows that Krzak is in the top of his field, as determined by his peers.
There are certain standards that an attorney must meet to be determined as a member of the Best Lawyers list. Here are the qualifications for a nomination:
- Licensed to practice law
- Been in private practice for over 10 years
- Currently taking clients
A lawyer cannot nominate themselves—they must be nominated by a peer who would recommend them to a friend or a client. From there, Best Lawyers will follow certain methodology to determine whether or not they qualify to be on the list.
After a nomination, all candidates face a peer review where currently recognized Best Lawyers give feedback on each candidate’s work. That feedback is analyzed and reviewed, and then Best Lawyers does an eligibility check. Once they confirm that a candidate is in good standing with their local bar association, the results are released for the list of Best Lawyers.
