Michael Krzak Appointed Chair of Chicago Bar Association Aviation Law Committee
One of Krzak Rundio Law Group’s founding attorney partners, Michael Krzak, was recently appointed as Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Aviation Law Committee. This is Attorney Krzak’s third appointment to this leadership role. It also marks perhaps the first time in the organization’s history that a lawyer has been appointed this many times during their legal career.
The Aviation Law Committee is one of 130 different legal-specific committees run by the Chicago Bar Association. These committees provide law student and attorney participants with networking opportunities, insight into continuing education opportunities, and an environment to discuss nuances within their specialized area of interest within the law.
Attorney Krzak has extensive experience and a longstanding interest in aviation legal matters. He is also the current co-chair of and regularly makes presentations at the American Bar Association National Institute on Aviation Litigation. He is also the former chair of the American Association For Justice Aviation Committee and is the co-author of the Aviation Chapter of a Federal Court Treatise on Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts.
In his acceptance of his new leadership role, Attorney Krzak said, “I’m honored to once again be appointed as the Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Aviation Law Committee. I plan to do my part in carrying on the tradition of providing the members of the Chicago Bar Association who have an interest in aviation law with the resources and contacts necessary to successfully handle aviation law cases.”
Attorney Michael Krzak has spent his career representing personal injury victims, such as those injured or killed in airplane accidents. This includes passengers or their surviving family members.
